The Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult child and infant CPR, AED for adults and children, and how to relieve choking on an adult.  This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills.

This course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. Students who successfully complete the class will receive a American Heart Association completion card.
